Academic Entry Requirements

Foundation Year

International Qualifications:
- Completion of IB Certificate or IB Diploma with a score of 17 or above
- IGCSE/GCE O Levels with a pass in 3 academic subjects
- Successful completion on GCE AS Level
- Complete and pass GAC level 2

  • SMA II with an average grade of 7.0 in 4 academic subjects
  • Successful completion of O-levels: passes in 3 subjects with a minimum E grade
AustraliaSuccessful Completion of Australian Year 11 with passes in a minimum of 3 subjects (both units 1 and 2)
China
  • Successful completion of Senior Middle 2 (Gao Er) with 55%.
  • Successful completion of Vocational Technical Program – 60%.
  • Successful completion of O-levels: passes in 3 subjects with a minimum E grade
IndiaSuccessful completion of O-levels: passes in 3 subjects with a minimum E grade (Foundation program is only offered on a case-by-case basis)
Malaysia
  • SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) with a pass in 4 academic subjects
  • Senior Middle 2 with a pass in 4 academic subjects
Singapore
  • GCE O-levels: passes in 3 subjects with a minimum E grade
  • GCE N levels with aggregate points of no more than 14 (based on best 3 academic subjects) and no more than 3 in English Syllabus A
  • Successful completion of National ITE Certificate (Nitec) with a GPA of between 1 and 2
  • Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher Nitec) with a GPA of less than 1
USASuccessful completion of Grade 11 or equivalent

Diploma Programs

International Qualifications:
- Completion of IB Diploma with a score of 22 or above
- GCE A Levels with a pass in 2 subjects
- GCE AS levels with a pass in 4 subjects

  • Vocational Academic Program - 60%;

Malaysia
  • STPM (Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) with 2 passes (minimum Grade C)
  • UEC with a pass in 4 academic subjects
  • GCE A Levels with a pass in 2 subjects
  • IB Diploma score of 22 or above
Singapore
  • 2 H2 passes in GCE A-levels
  • IB Diploma score of 22 or above
USA
  • Successful completion of American High School Diploma with a minimum score of 2.0; or
  • Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent PLUS with a SAT score of 1000; or
  • Successful completion of GED (High School Equivalency) with a minimum overall score of 580, and no content area module below 145.

≠ TOEFL iBT tests that were completed between 26 July 2023 and 4 May 2024 will not be accepted. During this period, the TOEFL iBT test ​being offered was not an approved test.
